02What we collect

When you ask for a quote

  • Your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone or WhatsApp number
  • Your trip details: destination, places on your route, dates or season, length, number of travellers, budget range, pace and interests
  • Anything you write in the message box

When you plan a route

The places and preferences you choose in the journey builder stay in your own browser until you decide to send them to us with a quote request.

When you use WhatsApp

If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes that conversation under its own privacy policy. We see your number, profile name and the messages you send.

Technical information

Our server keeps standard logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure. The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

If analytics or a chat tool is added, name it here and update the cookie wording.

03How we use it

  • To reply to you and prepare a personal travel plan and quote
  • To arrange your trip with hotels, transport and guides once you confirm a booking
  • To meet legal, accounting and safety obligations

We do not sell your information, and we never send you marketing unless you ask for it.

04Who we share it with

Only the people needed to plan and deliver your trip: our team, and, after you confirm a booking, the hotels, transport providers and guides involved. Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf.

05How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to a trip are deleted after [24 months]. Booking records are kept for as long as the law requires.
